Render looks great -- havent had chance to play arround with the sp3 features.
Care to talk a bit more about the material set up and lighting?

regarding the material i used the is vrayfastsss. its a new feature of vray sp3. its basically the same as mental ray fastsss but much much easier to control. the lighting is just a 3 point light setup one vray sphere at the back w/ white tone, a vray plane on the left with orange tone and vray plane on the right with bluish tone...
here are some new scuplt

I'd look again at those forehead wrinkles.... they normaly dont go beyond the ridges in the side of the skull.

Subdividing a 6 million poly model once more won't take it to 10 million, it'll take it to 24 million as it multiplies the poly count by four (subdivide a single quad and you get four quads). 6 x4 = 24. Which is why you're running out of memory.
I can't get to 10 million on my 32bit laptop, so there's not much chance of getting as high as 24 mil. If you were on 64 bit then you'd be able to manage it.
You could try to use a bump/displacement map to get some more finer detail in there.
