sculpting Corinthinan leaves

I am trying to sculpt these leaves, and was hoping you guys could help, I figured if I could get one sculpted, i would just duplicate the rest. I basically made a rough outline of one of the leaves subdivided and brought it into mudbox and that's where the trouble starts. I have no idea how to even start this.
