any way iam strugling with anatomy on this one, so any crits and sugestions are very appreciated

Human ribs? The only thing I don't like are those. Looks like you have the sharp edges of the ribs "on the top" rather than on "the bottom". I think they should flow down.

Unless you go for a gill look.
