Just added some mud sculpts there...Rather than make a thread related to my sculpts and add em all in right off the bat I thought this would be a better idea.
I really enjoy using Mudbox and look forward to seeing what everyone creates with it!
Im gonna start to focus alot more on anatomy now...both human and animal...
Life drawing and Life sculpting via some local art classes.
Cheers,
Dennis...aka cascious.

Wow that is some cool stuff! How long does it take you to do that kind of detail? For me, I am just starting my journey in Mudbox and hope to use it in a game I am writing for Asset creation.
Peace,
Tony

That buddha rocks! What was the base mesh for this one?

Some nice pieces, I especially like the buddah and the log.

Thanks all!
Tony, the base mesh for the buddha was actually very basic...just a few hundred polys.
They can take anywhere from a couple of hours (which none of these are) Or for me...I take longer...some took over 6 hours to complete. Obama for instance took probably ten...But i wasnt counting and again not all in one sitting.
Time is important to me and I want to be able to do everything smoother and quicker...Practice makes perfect.

Cascious,
wow thanks for the reply. I did not know how to gauge the level of detail with the time input so far in my doodling in Mudbox. I am sure it will take me much longer to achieve that detail as quick as you have. I am practicing.....
Peace,
Tony
