The eyes could do with more work but its got some distinct possibilities to turn into a very nice piece when textured. :)

First of all thanks a lot for the comments ...
And for the head I didn't focus on it that much cuz It will be covered by the helmet ... any way this is the head with out the helmet .
Hope you like it .

I like what you got going on with that jaw line. I think its a shame the helmet covers this portion of the face. Perhaps you can change the helmet design to show it off? Heres an idea of how you might be able to pull it off (hope you dont mind the paint over...

No pressure. Just a suggestion. It wont hurt my feelings if you dont act on it. :)

With all due respect to Eddie Guerrero .. I dont think the sporting world is gonna lose to much sleep on his passing ... Thats probably because I have an intense dislike for Wrestling , which is not a sport anyway.
More like a sick, twisted, pantomime .. Just my opinion .. Hope it doesnt affect sales

My main comment would be one that I struggle with every time I sit down to sculpt.
Is the underlying structure present to support the function of the head .
Giving a character a cool/interesting skull can have a big impact on how a character comes together.
Sometimes it is just better defining some planes of the face.
You may want to look at some skulls to get some ideas.
also http://www.freedomofteach.com/products/artist_busts has some get busts that illustrate this.
You may also want to look at different animal skulls like lions or monkeys.
