I'm trying to work as I'd with a real clay. In the end, the idea is to make nice render using low/mid poly object with displacement map.

Below the chin I merely touched anything..

critics, ideas, everything... are welcome :)

hi dj, eventhough this sculpt is not very detailed, the fallback of the mouth and chin area and the small mouth look expressive! anyhow the upper nose and brows look a bit bulgy.
