This is one of the models fomrthe Mudbox Masterclass I did in Utretch Holland a couple of weeks back that I've taken to final. Trying to glue a lower arm anatomy onto a lower leg was a right royal pain in the arse.....

Mudbox for sculpting and texturing..max and mental ray for everything else. Originaly this sculpt was in a number of parts that I combined into one sculpt. I've included a couple of untextured shots for those interested in them.

cool... umm.. thing =] Crazy design but it really looks like it could actually walk.
also nice render, looks pretty realistic.

Oh it could walk alright. ....I spent a week working on the anotomical contruction of those legs.... (human arm and wrist mergin into alower leg....not easy to make belivable.) nearly drove me nuts getting those legs to be belivable.

A few ideas from dave cardwell helped as well though. :)
