First time post :)
Here are my first two likeness exercises. Not quite finished (Dillinger even less so).
What do you guys think?

The Eastwood is definitely not a fail. Let me guess, a lot of reference from Gran Torino?
I like the lips and the area in the vicinity. Forehead might be to high.
