re-download Mud2009

Hi,

I had to uninstall mudbox 2009 on OS X and I can't find how to download it again. I originally downloaded it from an upgrade email that I got from Autodesk, however, when I try that link now, the page is no longer available. Where on the Autodesk site can I download mud2009 for OS X. I tried to download the trial, but there wasn't an option to input my serial number and register the software again, there was only an option to buy it.

I'm not familiar with Mac extensions so I don't know what a dmg file is, but it looks big enough.

The trial build isn't the same as the full version, unlike say 3DSMax.
