My masterclass on mudbox 'Advanced Tips and Tricks' is on day one. Stay tuned for some heads up info during it on mud 2010 and seeing it in action.

I am excited for the online Masterclass. Here's a quick question: when is 2010 Mudbox slated for release? You mentioned you would be using it in your masterclass, but when will we be able to get our grubby little mitts on it?

Well I guess it's the prerogative of the Powers That Be to keep things hush-hush, much to the chagrin of us humble artists. But thanks for the tip.

Us here at MBxHub certainly won't shoot the messenger (you can breathe a sigh of relief), but would all of us here pitching in to buy you a kevlar vest and helmet help? ;)

I guess we have no alternative but to sit tight and try not to pass out from the anticipation.

And if, for some reason or another, anything ever hits the fan, Wayne, we've all got your back!

Alas as they are all pre-recorded this year no one is going anywhere who is presenting one. (I'm still midly pissed off over that....I was looking forward to the holiday lol.) So I get to stay in the not so sunny north east of england during siggraph this year.

Zaps masterclass is rather cool... just skimmed it so far but the content looks gr8.

Zaps are always required viewing....great guys and we had a great time in holland back in may. So if you hanvet seen it yet...make sure you do.:) (hopefully I'll find time to do exaclty that tomorrow)

I am loving this live-streaming of Siggraph classes/lectures. And it was pretty neat to see the application of Mbx in the Autodesk Entertainment Pipeline.

Its also a complete brain fryer to cover that many pipelines in such a short time.....after recording that my bran went 'pop' for about hours lol.

I could tell you what the exact set up was for it..but you wouldn't belive me lol.. although I do belive I mentioned it in one of my youtube vids.

Have just watched the class all the way thru and some really gr8 stuff in there - some hours worth of work is an understatment! - will have to get experimenting when time permits. Its really gr8 we have got to share the siggraph stuff, hope its the same for future events - but err - it would be better for the presenter to be actually at the siggraph event ;) wink wink nudge nudge ;)

A while back ya mentioned about syncing all the videos, screen and audio up been a pain, it works well on this. Although i have to say, if it was for one of your other classes I could live without the video feed, unless you were trying to explain something specific where it was beneficial. Thats just a personal preference, but thought id mention it incase others agreed and it made future things simpler for you.

Oh and the front end of the hub website looks pucka, there was a slight alignment problem on the dashdotslash front page video tab when i glanced earlier... no biggy tho.

Well they are supposed to be up for 8 months so I'll see what I can find out for you..it could just be a case of them bring moved.

Just checked and they are still there just connection failing so probably a area issue

I have my fingers crossed; I missed most of the Siggraph live-stream opportunity as I was on set helping my team lead monitor the VFX element preparations. It was a how-am-I-supposed-to-choose-a-child-to-give-up? scenarios. Rest assured, if it's possible to get at the videos in the near future, I'm going to be there. Especially Wayne "The Master" Robson's masterclass.

My info through the grapevine is that the hits sort of red lined the server and that they will be back..also a rumour they will be in 9 languages (meaning 9 langugaes worth of emails with mudbox questions in them :|)

I can barely speak english let alone answer one's in 9 languges lol.
