Are you using photo reference for this female head? If you aren't I'd get some if I were you. This isn't negative criticism. I work with mudbox for a living in feature film and I always use photo reference for everything. Even if it's something totally alien I'll find reference that is close to what I'm trying to achieve. Get a good photo of a woman's face and compare it to your sculpt, I guarantee it'll improve the outcome.
