This is looking cool.

Hehe! i know where you're coming from,this was annoying me too but the gun would actually sit like that as the main body of the weapon is completely flat on the ground and the underside of the butt and barrel are resting flat also.If it was rotated to facilitate the magazine/handle to contact the ground there would be penetrations elsewhere.So,believe it or not,this is correct. lol.
