hi , i just started using mudbox, and i been playing more with it lately , doing concepts and getting to know the features.
so here is a head i just did , i know its not really finish but im calling it done, hehe and moving to the next one.
sry for the low res , its a prnt screen from mudbox , (can u get high res images directly from mudbox? )
i only painted the teeth and tongue in photoshop.

nice.Almost looks like a drawing from a manga comic the way you've setup the lights/materials. Yes,in Mud 2010 you can "save screen to psd"
