In my spare time i've been working on something that peaks my many interests. And using it to delve into other areas of Maya that i normally wouldn't really delve into. So i've been working on my rigging, MEL and dynamics skills. In deciding i wanted to do something that would expand on my skill sets in these areas. I decided to imagine a city block and what would be it's many pedestrians and occupants. Some ideas that i had that would seem to be big dynamic and rigging challenges were bicycles and skateboards. As well a your typical clothing, hair and general environmental interactions, trash and all those types of things . . . i finished this piece quite awhile back. It's about 80% MudBox. Wheels and bolts are the only thing that weren't touched in MudBox. Other than that everything was basemeshed in Maya and finalized in MudBox. It's about thirty individual objects, each with all their own maps.

Pardon the harsh lighting, i did that highlight the griptape. Which i am rather proud of.
