As I lost the mark 2 version of the Spiker and it was requested to be used at this years Game Developers conference by Autodesk. I had to redo it from scratch for the 3rd time (Hence 'Mark 3). The deadline was tight (I had a few hours to hand it in complete with a full map set), but I managed it. You'll notice I hope that there's a bit of an improvement on the 'Mark 2'and he's been eating a few more people each day and put a bit of beef on as a result. lol

Who knows... as he's sort of become a running model of mine there could well be a mark 4 improved version at some later point in time. Wierd, because when I think about it the 'Mark 1' version was done 2 years back....

I most definately prefer this version over your last. Great job for a few hours work! Im sure your screen was looking as though you were timelapsed working that fast :)

Yes it was rather a busy nihgt last night as I also had the final outlines for siggy to write out and plan , another 2 models for use at GDC and somewhere in the middle find time to breathe lol. I'm slightly annoyed that I didn't video the progress of this one to be honest as I'm workig totally differntly now and using different brushes and tehniques. (Thought it was tie for a change. ;) )

i think this is deffo the best version yet .
will the mark 4 come with electric windows..lol or maybe a mrs spiker

Should it ever get to a mark 4, I've a few ideas to shake things up a bit design wise. ;)

I'll see if I can hunt out the orginal base mesh..but I warn you its quite different to the end result. ;)

Making small children run screaming out of the room is one of the few pleasures I have left inlife lol.... Although I do have a fair few things I've been making of late that aren't scary that I've not shown yet.
