Not bad at all. Jaw feels a little wide to me, and generally the lower lip is bigger than the upper lip. Also, the lips are usually a little less rounded. I attached a few references that I cut together to kinda show what I mean.
Anyway, very good. I quite like the look of the hair, I always have trouble there. Keep it up, my first sculpt was a mangled mess, so you're a good 10 steps ahead of that ;).

Nice first model mate, First thing i would go over, would be the shape of the skull, the cheeks are always the widest part of the skull, u can see that in the images posted by daleus above.
Next i would work on the bridge of the nose, it looks a little wide atm, but that depends on if this is ment to be anyone in particular?? if so, get losts of reference for that particular person.
Then move onto the lips, and the eyes..
To me the eyes give the model life n a soul.. and are quite hard to get right when starting out, i still get them wrong too.. but everything comes down to practice..
