Hi.
It seems most users are not active. Either intimidated by the great talent here, or just too busy to bother posting.
Either way. Lets get a challenge rolling.
Even if just 2 compete. It has to start somewhere. Pity the festive challenge bombed out.
Any ideas?

Im game.
What are the rules? Or do we wait for an admin?
my suggestions :
1) Post WIP
2)Post end Result
Will a week be enough time?

At the moment at least I'd suggest come up with a set of rules yourselves, its for fun after all., it may even be a way ahead for the challenge area. Come up with a set of rules that everyone agrees with plus times, myself or other mods/admins will stay out of it unless either asked for help or we think that there are problems that need for us to do so.

ok cool dude.
My suggestions.
Mudbox to be used for texturing and sculpting.
Other 3rd party apps such as maya, max or xsi may be used for base mesh creation and rendering.
Time limit : 2 weeks
Post WIP thread to show progress
Can reuse old base mesh. (PS. i dont have one and will need to build one from scratch)
Thats my 2 cents. Agree or not, please post so we can get it rolling.

I agree, but I'd favor no old base meshes. Everything from scratch in 2 weeks time

Would I be pushing it if I said no Simpson's?
Its started in 1989 so technically it is an 80's cartoon, but the fact that it still comes on prime time television doesn't sit well with my idea of 80's cartoons.

Do you have mudbox 2011 or even 2010?
2011 has it built in 2010 you have to put it in as a plugin
